Team Driver Benefits
- 51 CPM Split (25.5 CPM Per Mile Per Driver)
- Teams Average $121,703 Per Year
- Practical Mile Pay
- Reliable Home Time
- Consistent Freight
- Northeast Bonus Pay
- Pet program
- Up To 4 CPM Safety Bonus
- Electronic Logs (e-logs) Used By Full Fleet
- Paid Vacation
Team Driver Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience
- 21 years old minimum
- Hazmat required within 120 days of hire
- No BAC, DUI, or DWI (past 5 years)
- Pass drug and road test
- Legal U.S. employment status
